I brought the vehicle for a scheduled service only to receive a call the predrive had revealed a range of problems. I was promptly contacted with an explanation of what was required including costing. By then it was early afternoon but I was informed they could get the work done by end of day. I later learned mechanics were taken off other jobs to ensure completion of repairs that day. Sure enough at the agreed time I turned up to find all work completed. And a pleasant surprise. The final bill was less than the earlier indicated price. If you are looking for top class work at a responsible price this is where you should have your vehicle serviced.

Each time I take my car to Rodney's for a service it operates noticeably better afterwards, it feels and drives more smoothly. I also appreciate the myriad of other details they attend to such as adding cleaning fluid to the windscreen wiper liquid and that my car is always left clean - this last service they checked my tyres and I noticed someone had also polished and blackened the tyres, that was a nice touch.

After exploring all the usual suspects for the particular issue, Rodney & the boys systematically & methodically zoomed in on the culprits, some dodgy injectors & seals. Upfront they informed me what tests they'd run and what could possibly be the issue. A few hours later they rang me with a quote and they time it would take to fix it. Upon pick up they thoroughly explained all the issues and what had been replaced. And a further satisfactory check up a few days later.
